June-July 24, 2007
Month of “Janus” & “Consciousness” |
|
1. “Janus” &
“Consciousness” – Peace |
 |
|
In simple terms peace
can be conceived as an output of relationship of time and space, an
integrated and holistic super –organism ; and its inhabitants in
the planet earth. Both time-space and the inhabitants influence
each other. During the evolution process also
the time – space and the inhabitants
are continuously |
|
|
 |
changing at a rate
,the impact of which may be felt
immediately or after a long
lapse of time during
the evolution . The sun and the moon play crucial role to
conceptualize and define time in the evolution process in conformity
with the laws of universe.
“Janus” is the
beginning and of the rising and setting of the sun, sustaining the
planet earth with both its biotic and abiotic components. Planet
earth is a living entity adjusting and regulating
itself for billions of years with the reservoir of sun’s
|
|
|
energy, which has
co-evolved by the universal peace consciousness energy . Influenced
by this holistic vision, all creatures and environment of the
planet earth regulated by the energy source of “Janus” which is
subservient to universal sources of peace energy that determine the
peace of both life forms including humans and the environment,
besides performing a higher function of maintaining equilibrium of
all the planets of the universe. “Janus” and “Consciousness” teach
non-violent supporting energy and advocates compassion as the
foundation of peaceful creativity. |
 |
|
|
|
 |
The science of
cosmology tells us that all the stars including the sun are gigantic
balls of superheated gas, kept hot by atomic reaction in their
centers. Four hydrogen atoms are combined to form one helium atom.
This atomic reaction in sun is known as hydrogen fusion. The
beginning of the sun is beginning of the present universe with nine
planets. Do all these planets constitute universe or there is
something beyond this which constitute the universe is still not
within our framework of knowledge.
“Infinity” is the scope of the
universe like that of “Peace” – an energy from which
the universe has evolved with time and space. |
|
With the time the
space changes and vice versa . The humanity till date has not
understood and adopted the appropriate time calendar in conformity
with the law of universe. The movement of thirteen months twenty
eight days solar-lunar calendar started in 1901 is still under
debate. Moon being the satellite of the earth has greater impact on
earth in determining the time calendar. With beginning and rising
and setting of sun (Janus) , the sense of time evolved. But absence
of “consciousness” especially the moon’s role in determining time
in conformity with the laws of universe has led the humanity to a
violent world . The time must have moral and scientific order to
create a peaceful world . |
|
Therefore the both sun’s and moon’s influence on earth
determine the time calendar – sun’s energy creates and
sustains life whereas moon’s energy and its evolution around
the earth contribute to “consciousness” and as such logically
justifies thirteen months twenty eight days moon civil
calendar (Peace Calendar), in which both sun’s and moon’s
energy inculcate the spirit of life sustaining energy and
consciousness to restore rationale in human minds for adopting
appropriate time calendar of peace. It is time that the
humanity moves to higher level of consciousness to
adopt the peace calendar of time
in order to restructure |
 |
|
the space
and its resources in the biosphere for peaceful
exploration in a sustainable manner . The month of June may be
adopted as a time where “Janus” and “Consciousness” dominate
and spill over to next month of July which is named as Peace
(from July 26 onwards for 28 days) - the beginning of
new year from July 26 with end of peace calendar year in July
24 and logically adopting July 25 as the day of infinity
and peace beyond the time limit basing on the calculation
that moon completes one revolution around the earth in 364
days. July 25 , has been advocated most appropriately as the WORLD PEACE DAY – a day symbolizing the
nature of peace which is the infinity. Thus, in the peace calendar, the last month of the Peace year
cover part of both June and July of the present gregorian
calendar. The last month of this calendar is named as
“Consciousness” in which the humanity will gradually expand
its horizon of “ Conscious though and action” to begin a new
year of peace from July 26 , after celebrating July 25 as the
World Peace Day. Once this is built into the mind set of
humanity , the culture of peace will not be far away to save
our earth. |
|
|
2. Stem
cell, Spiriton and Peace |
|
 |
I have
been emphasis zing in the last six Peace Path Finder (PPF)
from December 2006 to May 2007 , that the Peace and its
culture can only be achieved through blending of science of
spirituality with science of matter, which I term as “ Peace
Technology”. Knowledge has no limit and with continuous
change in the evolution process, the humanity with mind power
is able to venture new ideas and researches. I have thought
deeply about “ideas” generated from time to time through
research and my clear perception tells me that all “ideas”
should aim at creating a culture of
peace through two wings of
“bird of civilization” flying |
|
|
|
gradually at a faster
rate. The two wings are “spirit” and “matter” enabling the
civilization to evolve and move . But unfortunately, the humanity is
trying to fly the bird of evolution with one wing ,“the matter” for
which the human civilization is nose diving towards self destruction
knowingly or unknowingly adopting a culture of violence. I can not
disown myself from such a dangerous episode and make a personal
pledge to inspire and motivate the humans with my limited
understanding of the most potent and the creative power of the world
– the “thought” to install the second wing the “spirit” in the
flying machine of evolution and human civilization to arrest its
nose diving towards violent culture and make an attempt to
turnaround towards a culture of peace. |
 |
|
|
|
It is in this context,
I have humbly tried to put forward before the world citizens the
concept of Spiriton , Consciousness, QP Theory , World Peace /Human
Peace and new Model of God etc in my previous issues of Peace Path
Finder in a scientific and as well as spiritual way . Through these
innovative conceptual framework, I have tried to advocate ways and
means to drive the human civilization ensuring harmonious velocity
of two wings so that our dreams and passions , emotions , intuition
and spirituality are directed to the task of performing eternal
and sustainable peace building process. |
|
|
In this issue ,
I am introducing a new element of science , “Stem Cell
Research” and establishing its connectivity with “Spiriton
Research”, which I hope will facilitate and contribute
immensely to sustainable peace building process. Both the
scientific and spiritual community should work together with
collective minds so that the steps required to network the
both aspects are clearly understood and expedited to transform
the world and the human civilization as an enhanced bearer of
nourishment and eternal strength of peace. |
 |
|
|
 |
Somehow my
thought has channelized the creative energy to develop a
“hypothesis” , addressing to logical steps to exercise in
achieving a fuller life with peace as the culture of humanity
through blending of Stem Cell and Spiriton research . I place this
hypothesis before the World Citizens with the hope that someday
someone will pick up this hypothesis and develop it further to
prove it both scientifically and spiritually and apply the same to
develop a violent free and peaceful human family and society.
|
|
I have
been advocating that every human – a bundle of spirit, mind
and body is a mini – universe. All the characteristics of
humans are the attributes of constitution of universe and its
laws. We have yet to understand the universe fully and there
is continuing researches going on throughout the world.
Einstein’s special theory that the speed of light (c) is
the only constant in a moving universe. It’s formula E = mc²
where E is energy, “m” is mass and “c” is speed of light
contradicts Newtonian absolute motion and absolute space
theory. The special theory of Einstein suggests that mass(m)
and energy(e) are interchangeable , which implies that mass
and length of an object must vary with its speed. The general
theory extended these conclusions to propose that
|
 |
|
space and time
are a single phenomena and that “gravity” is the result of
distortion of space – time caused by mass. But the concept of
space and time is a single phenomena to be presumed
absolutely. While inventing the theory, Einstein was in quest
of further knowledge which is evident from his advocacy of
“consciousness”. |
|
|
 |
How does
characteristic of space and time applicable to humans as
they are mini –universes ? The mass and energy of humans are
the products of “cell” functioning within the human body.
Still we have no full knowledge of relationship of
spirit-mind-body of humans like the “dark energy” and
“dark matter” of the universe. The living organisms like
humans consists of units called Cell , which is the
smallest structure that can carry out the functions of life. |
|
|
Genes are
located in nucleus of each cell in the structures called
chromosomes , which are made of strands of chemicals called
DNA. DNA , the deoxyribonucleic acid is a complex chemical
found in chromosomes nucleus of all cells.
The gene
segments of DNA is constituted of inherited material that
governs a physical or behavioral trait of an organism. DNA is
self-replicating which consists of chains of
paired units called bases. There are four bases – adenine(A), cytosine(C), guanine(G),
and thymine (T) . |
 |
|
|
 |
Double helix DNA
molecule has twin strands, cross linked by bases which fit
together like a lock and key. Base “A” always pairs with “T”
and “C” with “G” and such one strand forms a mould or
template for making the other. In simplistic term, a cell is a
complex functioning of mass –energy unit having the same
basic components but they vary in shape , form and
function.
An agglomeration of same cell with a specific function is
called tissue, group of tissues form organs . Four main types
of tissues are connective tissue (connects and supports parts
of the body and includes non-cellular material like bone,
blood and fat. |
|
|
Epithelium
contains tightly compact cells, often in sheets, and
forms membranes, skins and glands. Muscle consist of
elongated cell that can contract. Nerve cell tissue make the
brain and nervous system.
All living
organisms at least constitute sixty percent water and
important chemicals which include proteins built from twenty
odd Amino acids (contains nitrogen , carbon, oxygen and
hydrogen atoms and in some cases sulphur) act as main
structural material of animal bodies which also includes
enzymes controlling biochemical activities. |
 |
|
|
|
|
 |
Carbohydrates
made of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen atoms include cellulose – the
structural material like starch and sugars which supply energy
to organisms. Lipids contain carbon, hydrogen, oxygen. It
includes oil, fat, phospholipids (which form cell membrane)
and steroids (including some hormones, nuclear acids known by
the initial DNA and RNA which controlled heredity and
protein synthesis. |
|
|
Understanding cell and its composition and function , it is
now to understand six process of characteristics of life. (1)
Adaption - life in short term adapt to environmental changes
by changing their behavior or growth patterns and in the
longer term they adapt to evolution. (2) Growth - Organisms
show ordered controlled structural growth (3) Metabolism – Two
types chemical process takes place in all cells - the
breakdown of substances to release energy and creation of
complex substances such as protein etc.(4) Movement – Most
animals including humans can move about freely whereas plants
move by growths.(5) Reproduction – Sexual (mating) or a sexual
(budding) reproduction ensures continuation of species (6)
Responsiveness for imitability. All living things respond to
external stimuli . |
 |
|
|
|
 |
The cells, I discussed
have specialized functions . Present finding shows that except
brain cell all other body cells die and reproduce again. With years
passing by because of ailments /genetical deficiency replication
capacity of body cell decline and brain cells die. When the number
of brain and body cells reduce , abnormalities are noticed both
in body and mind. |
|
|
Like in matter without
energy nothing can move , similarly without spiriton (fundamental
particle of spirit – the universal energy) life can not be
germinated. Human embryo at five week is just a bud, which flowers
into a life through the energy of spiriton. The flowering of life
takes place through the smallest structure that can carry our
functions of life. In normal human reproductive development early
cells are called
embryonic stem cells,
which become all the cells of the body making them pluripotent. |
 |
|
|
|
|
 |
Scientist discovered
ways to obtain stem cells from early mouse embryo more than 20
years ago. But only in 1998 mouse stem cells were discovered. From
then onwards human stem cell research is continuing and expedited
.As a result of intensive research now there are banks which
preserve umbilical cord blood stem cell from mother after the birth
of the baby. Cord blood stem cells refer to as the master cells of
the human body which regenerate into over 200 types of tissues.
This miracle of modern medicine can help to protect the family
members from over 75 |
|
serious ailments like
leukemia, thalassemia and some forms of cancer. It can also provide
life saving solutions to diseases like diabetics , heart attack and
brain stroke etc.
Stem cells are unspecialized cells that renew themselves for long
period through cell division. Further these stem cells can be induced
to become cells with special functions. But as such the
unspecialized stem cells do not participate in functioning of cells
, tissues and organs. However once it becomes specialized, it take
parts in specific body and mind growth functions.
The world
citizens throw a challenge to scientist and Natural Philosophers
to research and use of transformation of unspecialized stem cell to
specialized cells for treatment of diseases like Parkinson’s and
many others besides supporting group of similar cells with a
specific function to form/revitalize tissues which then create
/require body organs. Similar in the case with nerve cell(neuron).
Depending on the biological /genetical constitutional body with
life, unspecialized stem cells may be present in the body itself
which can be activated to move the deficiency of function of group
of cells to discharge specific functions effectively. Also stem
cells develop in the laboratory can be induced in the body and mind
of the humans to meet deficiency and or defective functioning of
both body and mind. Gene delivery techniques have been developed
through research . Dr. Michael Kaplitt of Allen Institute of Brain
Science, Seattle, USA has developed a new method of gene delivery to
the brain via adeno –associated virus (AAV) which have been proved
safe for humans. This is a landmark achievement in the brain
science which in future may able to develop further even to create
/ produce a peaceful human life. |
|
|
It is time that
the scientist , spiritualist ,and Natural philosophers to carry out
the research further collectively for ethical use of stem cells by
linking it with spiriton so that the inventions are not negatively
applied to create more violence in the world. It has already been
found out that increase in number of neurons secreting a desirable
level of Dopamine and Serotonin has a positive impact on the mind
of the humans. Further a healthy and peaceful brain depends on the
functioning of the brain circuit. Either due to environmental
and or inheritance factors blocks may be |
 |
|
created for effective
functioning of the brain circuit. Methods have been invented to
remove such blocks from the brain circuit by delivering a neuro-
chemical called GABA in the brain cell . Besides further research
is needed to find out the techniques to repair body tissue and
organs to minimize the incidence of physical ailment including
serious ones like cancer, AIDS, etc. |
|
|
 |
Brain Mapping has
been started and the first Brian Atlas has been completed in
September 2006 by Allen Institute of Brain Science. With this
achievement, research should be directed to map the brain of a
Nobel Peace Laureate and a terrorist to find out the difference
between brain circuit of the two. And then research should be geared
up how to repair and heal a violent brain circuit so that it
becomes peaceful. Will it be possible to find out if the baby in
the mother’s womb is growing with a violent mind
set or a peaceful one ? |
|
Will it be possible to
take proactive measures in the mother’s womb to produce a peacefully
creative child ? All these are billion dollar questions which the
humanity may be able to answer during the 21st century through
invention of appropriate design of brain circuit and new ways of
delivering genes to brains, which has to be mainly based on the
role of stem cell and spiriton besides other determinants in the
entire exercise . If this dream materializes, the humanity will
enter 22nd century with peaceful humans devoid of violence and
creating a peaceful biosphere/human society. |
|
2. Youth
Violence – Societal Factors |
|
|
Prosperity is
the need of each and every country of the world. In the path to
prosperity, the youths play a vital role within the framework of
societal network. But is the path of prosperity is acceptable to
humanity through violent means ? In one of the prosperous countries
of the world , the USA , Cho Sung hui, a South Korean youth killed
32 peopled in the campus of Virginia Tech University USA on 16
April 2007. Once again another youth violence came to world view
when on May 17 2007 a 17 years student Wu Jianguo stabbed his
schoolmates in the school campus in Maoming city of South China’s
Guangdung province, having two dead and four injured. |
 |
|
It has been reported
that one of the students stabbed had asked Mr. Wu, the attacker for
a “protection fee”. If from the school stage every student has to
pay “protection fee” to ensure his own security in the school, what
will be future of such students/ society demanding and paying
“protection fee”. What kind of society these youths will be able to
build ? Time has come to think about pros and cons of prosperity .
Desirability and sustainability of such violent path of prosperity
should be reexamined and immediate quest should be started by the
world citizens to achieve prosperity through path of peace and not
through path of violence. Almost daily throughout the world, youth
violence is taking place but all such incidents are not in the
limelight. However some of the worst school shootings are placed
below. |
|
|
 |
• February 2
1996: Moses Lake , Washington. Two students and one teacher killed ,
one other wounded when 14 year old Barry Loukaitis opened fire on
his algebra class.
• October 1
, 1997: Pearl, Mississippi. Two students killed and seven wounded by
Luke Woodham, 16, who was also accused of killing his mother. He and
his friends were said to be outcasts who worshiped Satan. |
|
|
• Dec 1,1997: West
Paducah, Kentucky. Three students killed , Five wounded by Michaer
Carneal, 14, as they participated in a prayer circle at Heath High
School.
• March 24,1998:
Jonesboro, Arkansas. Four students and one teacher killed, ten
others wounded outside as Westside Middle School emptied during a
false alarm.
• May
21,1998:Springfield, Oregon. Two students killed,22 others wounded
in the cafeteria at Thurston High School by 15-year-old Kip Kinkel. |
 |
|
|

|
• April 20,.1999:
Littleton, Colorado. 14 students (including killers) and one teacher
killed, 23 others wounded at Columbine High School.
• April 26, 2002: Erfurt, Germany 13 teachers, two students, and one policeman killed,
ten wounded by Robery Steinhaeuser, 19, at the
Johann Gutenberg Secondary School. Steinhaeuser then killed himself. |
|
|
• March 21, 2005:
Red Lake, Minnesota, Jeff Weise, 16, killed grandfather and
companion, then arrived at school where he killed a teacher, a
security guard, 5 students, and finally himself, leaving a total of
10 dead.
• April 16, 2007:
Blackburg, Virginia. A 23-year-old Virginia Tech Student, Cho
Seung-Hui, killed two in a dorm, then killed 30 more two hours later
in a classroom building. His suicide brought the death toll to 33,
making the shooting rampage the most deadly in U.S. history. Fifteen
others were wounded. |
 |
|
|
 |
Cho and Wu could
not adapt themselves to their societal environment. They revolted
against “rich kids”, “debauchery”, “deceitful charlatans” and
“protection fee” on the campus. They were compelled to adopt
increasingly violent and erratic social environment. The societal
forces made them reactive as a result more negative impulses were
received in their mind blocking the positive impulses. Cho wrote
obscenity and violence – laced screenplay in play writing classes.
He fantasized about students killing a teacher who sexually
molested them. |
|
He was also
disappointed with religion and wrote “Ismail Ax” in red ink in one
of his arms before he killed himself. Wu in China tolerated payment
of “protection fee” for sometime but when he could not tolerate he
became violent and stabbed his schoolmates. In short, the societal
conditions to which they could not adapt made them to revolt against
morally polluted violent societies. Cho and Wu symbolize two extreme
societies, one which is at the peak of prosperity, the USA and the
other on the fast track of prosperity, the China.
Why the
society could not take care of Cho, Wu and such other children to
develop positive non-violent attitude towards life ? Such incidents
are taking place more and more in prosperous countries and the
countries which are trying to imitate the path of prosperity of the
prosperous countries. Eruption of violent behavior in youths begins
from a persons upbringing to the changing social fabric and various
other reasons add to frustration and depression of youths dreaming
prosperity in their lives.
Upbringing of
youngster is very crucial factor . Youngster growing without love,
affection and emotional support from their parents and family
members affect the normal functioning of brain circuit and once he
becomes a loner, he becomes reactive which gradually lead to violent
behavior. |
|
|
Breaking down of
families – from joint to nuclear, to live in and to cohabitation
have adversely affected the value system of human culture to which
the youngsters fall victims. Matter (money) dominates in family and
the parents hardly find time to spend and discuss values of life
with their offspring, as a result they develop abnormality
behavior. Moral support guidance and sense of spirituality are
absent in the changing family systems. Besides, marital discord
between parents add to be negative outlook towards life of the
youngsters. Lot of aggression is seen among
the youngsters against the
|
 |
|
parents and the
society which is compressed gradually in their minds to be busted
violently at a time depending on the degree of aggression beyond
the level of carrying capacity of the youngsters. To fuel such
disturbing environment in the family, the violent toys which
ignites the reptile minds quickly have become major attraction for
the children in the family. Violent toys like guns, bombs etc have
also a role to induce violent impulses in the children, which
through processing mechanism of mind may in many cases transform
them into violent youngsters deriving pleasure by killing or
injuring others. There should be complete global ban on production
and marketing of violent toys to protect the child’s imagination
towards violent practices in their day to day life. Earning money to
acquire prosperity from production and marketing of violent toys ,
which has become a million/billion dollar business in the world
today; pose a great danger not only for the present but also for the
future generations of humanity.
|
|
|

|
Every youngster
is asking today “who am I ?”.What is my role in the society ? In
such a confusing societal situation , there is loss of identity
which leads to loss of belonging for the family as well as for the
society. They try to create virtual and false identity which make
them calm for sometime but ultimately they are rejected by the
society which lead to high level of depression. Virtuality
accompanied by pretensions make the youngsters violent. Without
emotional support from family and social recognition and praise,
frustration level increases making them more and more violent.
|
|
With overall fast
changes taking place due to globalization with increased mobility ,
lifestyles are in flux . High and unimaginable rate of changes are
overtaking the youngsters for which it has become difficult for them
to cope up in the society. Ambition and aspiration are growing
beyond comprehension instead of developing “a sense of enough ness”
, the resultant of which has created a dreadful mirage and the
youngsters are falling in this trap which lead them to alcoholism ,
drug abuse, prostitution etc resulting in guilty conscious and
violent expression of aggression.
Security,
comfort with a sense of enough ness and happiness are the basic
social values through which peaceful and sustainable social
structures can be built. But unfortunately things are moving in
reverse direction as a result insecurity, unemployment, poverty,
corruption, economic divide between have’s and have-not’s and
narcotism etc lead to serious kind of cynicism and helplessness
resulting in violent responses. |
|
|
Elimination of youth
violence will increase the quality of life in the society. All
members of the global society are to be involved in this process
irrespective of diverse opinion on different issues. Parents need to
spent quality time with their children spreading love, affection,
spirituality and positive emotion in the family environment.
Communication between parents and family members with the youngsters
should be intimate and sharing and carrying to fill their minds
with positive ness. Cordial and ethical relationship with peers and
community members of area of stay and in schools, colleges and
universities etc should be built up, there by averting youth
violence tragedy

4. Prospects of Peace in the midst of Middle East conflicts |
|

(Map of Present
Middle East) |
The countries within
the Middle East have different voices, as a result intra-Middle East
conflicts fuel the problems of intervention by super powers. For
example after the fall of the Ottomans , Kemal Ataturk seized power
in Turkey and introduced modernization and secularization by taking
steps like emancipating women, enforcing western dress code, and the
use of Turkish language in place of Arabic, abolition of the
Jurisdiction of Islamic courts etc. It is determined to come out of
Middle East region and become culturally a part of Europe. Besides,
when oil resource are discovered in Persia in 1908 and in Saudi
Arabia
|
|
in 1938 and other
Persian gulf states, western and European countries with their power
of technology and bargaining capture the oil resources to promote
western industrial development in their respective countries as well
as to some extent in Middle East during 20th century.
The plan of United
Nations is 1947 to partition Palestine to create a Jewish state and
an Arab state in the narrow space between Jordan river and the
Mediterranean sea aggravated the conflict in the Middle East. The
prominent Arab leaders rejected this plan while the Jewish leaders
accepted it. The state of Israel was declared on May 14, 1948. In
the same year the war between Arab and Israel created the
“Palestinian problem” , which still continues. The Arab-Israeli war
expelled about 866000 Jews who fled from the Arab world and were
naturalized by the state of Israel. |
|
|
Factors like departure of
European powers from direct control, establishment of state of Israel,
abundance of oil resource etc not only marked the creation of the modern
Middle East , but led to a growing presence of USA in Middle
East affairs. The USA came forward as a guarantor of the stability of the
region with an eye on the oil resources, which has played and also playing
today a key factor to transform Middle East into a zone of conflict. This
vast energy pool of resources form the backbone of western economies . |
 |
|
 |
As a result Middle
East has become a region of paramount importance for former and
current imperial and superpowers like France, Britain, USA and
former Soviet Union.
The Middle East has
also fallen victim to a hotbed of religious conflict accompanied by
undeclared intention of super powers to capture the vast oil
potential in the region for development of their respective
countries. Struggle for control of oil resources since European
colonial time till the |
|
present powerful
intervention of USA has given rise to terrorism , which is spreading
throughout the world under verities of pleas. The stratification of
Middle East countries due to religious , ethnical and economic
factors has pushed the region to a cycle of backwardness by the end
of 1990s, which could not keep space with developing market
economies in terms of production, trade, education, communication
and virtually in every sector of economic and social progress. |
|
|
|
In the beginning of
21st century all the above factors collectively raised the Middle
East conflict to a new height with serious consequence around the
globe. It appears now that all the previous Peace Accords in the
region are overtaken by outbreak of violence. It is necessary now
analyze the causes of continuing conflicts and objectives and
contents of Peace Accords to understand the prospect of peace and
to bring about the culture of peace in the Middle East |
 |
|
|
5. Biosphere
Peace |
|
 |
Over last three
months , the world has called for action to save the biosphere
from the phenomenon of climate change. Climate experts of 105
countries on May 4, 2007 at Bangkok, in UN conference Inter
Governmental Panel of Climate Change (IPCC), after 5 days of
heated debate have reached a consensus on the document
analyzing the causes, consequences and techniques to be
adopted to check global warming. The recommendations of the
debate have focused on the economic implications and
technological options which said that by 2015 emission
level must start declining to |
|
prevent the
world temperature from rising more than two degree Celsius
over pre-industrialized temperature. The humanity has just
eight years to save the earth . The disturbing fact is that
global greenhouse gas (GHG)emission have grown since pre
industrial times, with an increase of 70 percent between 1970
and 2004. Further with current climate change mitigation
polices and related sustainable development practices, global
GHG emission will continue to grow over the next few decades.
Currently various kinds of key mitigation technologies and
practices are commercially available in the sectors of energy
supply, transport, building, industry, agriculture, forestry
and waste. But unfortunately all the countries of the world
are either do not have access to such technologies or they are
not serious to apply such technologies in their respective
countries. It is in the interest of both biosphere and human
peace all countries of the world must apply such
environmentally sustainable technologies in a holistic manner
to reduce the emission GHG. |
|
|
The UN
conference (IPCC) has projected key mitigation technologies
and practices to be commercialized before 2030 which are
briefly outlined below.
a. ENERGY
Supply –Carbon capture and storage(CCS) for gas, biomass and
coal-fired electricity generating facilities; advanced nuclear
power; advanced renewable energy, including tidal and waves
energy, concentrating solar, and solar PV.
b.
Transport-Second generation biofuels; higher efficiency
aircraft; advanced electric and hybrid vehicles with more
powerful and reliable batteries. |
 |
|
c. Buildings:-
Integrated design of commercial building including
technologies, such as intelligent meters that provide feedback
and control; solar PV integrated in buildings.
d.
Industry:-Advanced energy efficiency; CCS for cement, ammonia,
and iron manufacture; inert electrodes for aluminum
manufacture. |
|
|

|
e.
Agriculture:-Improvement of crops yields.
f.
Forestry/forest:- Tree species improvement to increase biomass

with application of renewable energy sources and environmentally
sustainable technologies.
THE PPF HUMBLY
SUGGESTS TO CREATOR OF THIS UNIQUE CITY TO INCORPORATE IDEAS IN
PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF CITIES SO THAT IT BECOMES A VIOLENT
–FREE PEACEFUL CITY. WITH THIS THE HUMANITY’S DREAM OF “PEACE AND
GREEN CITY” WILL COME TRUE. IT IS POSSIBLE. LET ALL OTHER CITIES OF
THE WORLD REPLICATE THIS “PEACE AND GREEN CITY” CONCEPT WHICH WILL
CONTRIBUTE IMMENSLY TO BIOSPHERE PEACE AS WELL AS HUMAN PEACE. |
|
The human mind should
be finely tuned neurologically that Peace is the culture of
Biosphere. With this thought and idea, a change will take place for
emergence of new ideas from the relationship of human kind and its
environment, the Biosphere. The Biosphere consists of mainly three
landscapes namely natural, domesticated and fabricated. In order to
bring peace in both human and biosphere level it is extremely
essential to develop equilibrium between the three landscapes
through humanity’s development efforts for prosperity.

barriers that women face when attempting to participate in peace
building initiatives? Do local and international organisations have
the capacity to recognize and work with gender equality issues? Will
women’s organisations gain new skills and capacity in articulating
policy alternatives, holding governments accountable and being
advocates for change?

“ Northern Ireland’s
Protestant and Roman Catholic Leaders , arch-foes during decades of
Sectarian Conflict, launch a new power-sharing home-rule government
aiming to put a final end to violence. Paisley who will be Northern
Ireland’s first Minister said “It is a special day because we are
making a new beginning and I believe we are starting on a road
which will bring us back to Peace and Prosperity”.

2007 (Reuters)
Hundreds and thousands
of Italians rallied at a Rome church square to protest against a
proposed law drafted that would give greater rights to unmarried
couples , including gay and lesbians. They supported traditional
family values based on marriage between man and women”.
PPF hopes that good
sense will prevail so that violence is not
aggravated for
such kind of draft legislation. Peace only starts with the
institution of marriage between man and women creating a “family”
which is the foundation of a prosperous and ethical society. This is
a humble submission before the ruling community of Italy and the
world as a whole.
d. Paris, May 7,
2007(Reuters)
Sarkozy era starts
with smiles and violence . Nicolas Sarkozy the new President of
France told “They have chosen to break with the ideas, the habits
and the behavior of the past. I want to rehabilitate work,
authority, morality, respect, merit. I want restore the honor of the
Nation and the National Identity. I want to return to the French,
the pride of being friends”……… happy times usher in.
……….. not so happy
times. French police arrested 270 people as scattered protest took
place throughout the country after victory of Nicolas Sarkozy. In
addition 367 cars were torched and Riot police fired tear gas into
an angry and violent crowd gathered at the Place de la Bastille
following conservative Nicolas Sarkozy’s Presidential victory.
PPF strongly
believe that people’s verdict should be honored. No violence should
take away the people’s verdict. The statement made by the President
Nicolas Sarkozy after his victory quoted above are all components of
Peace, which he wants to connect together to create a peaceful
France. The PPF wish him Peace to build a peacefully powerful
prosperous country – the France.

“Shattering peace, in
the communally sensitive city, a powerful bomb ripped through Mecca
Masjid at Charminar during Friday noon prayers, leaving at least 13
dead and about 40 injured.” |

PPF express
concern of such a heinous incident in a religious place. No
religion in the world advocates violence. All religions aim at
providing harmonious and peaceful living to all the
communities of the world with basic humanitarian values. PPF
pray for the victims of violence and their relatives and
humbly submit before the global ruling community to come
together collectively with one mind and one heart to
completely stop any violent act carried out visibly or
invisibly. |
