January 1, New
Year Day of Gregorian calendar is celebrated throughout the
world as the
NEW YEAR DAY. The PPF
wish every citizen of the world prosperity with Peace
for 2008
and year after
years and give them wisdom to discard psychic of violence,
conflict and
terror etc for
developing their inner peace to promote domestic and global
peace |

1.Month
of “Decency”(Dec 13,2007-January 9,2008)
“Decency”
is the sixth month of Peace Calendar. Decency is the quality of
conforming to standards of propriety and morality. It is also
freedom from vanity or conceit. It conforms to socio-cultural
standard of conduct and speech. Month of Decency will orient the
mind to understand the basics of inner and public appropriate
behaviour deemed necessary for an acceptable , moral and peaceful
response. |

The twenty eight
days of the month provide impulses to be in conformity to
prevailing standards of modesty, politeness and respectability
: which will create a barrier for entry of violent impulses
and negativities in the body-mind entity resulting in
activation of inner peace. |

Thus
during 28 days of the month of Decency, every world citizen should
acknowledge its value as an integral component of peace and apply it
in day to day life to be at peace with his “inner space” as well as
“outer space”. After having been done so, comes a moment of
contemplation , the desire to be still, decent and centered , the
ache to enter into a dialogue with oneself , the intense need to be
silent and tranquil. In this stillness, an indescribable feeling
will well up in the heart , feeling it up with gratitude and wonder
of peace exploring the illuminating experience of decency. |

Management Faculty
Management has
become a productive faculty , being applied to almost all the
professions in the world . Delivering goods and services with the
processing of resources in a most effective manner is the basic
strategic growth of management . Management ideas are organized in
all sectors of human activities ranging from the needs to fulfill
basic survival requirements of humans to high-tech carrier options

telecommunication, nuclear energy, genetics and all other
professions. Today management education is incomplete without
understanding the basics of modern approach , systematic way of
looking at the processes , carrier opportunities etc for promoting a
high level of prosperity of mankind with peace. |

unfortunately all kinds of management professions have failed
to provide the necessities of “ultimate reality” of life – a
violent free healthy peaceful life to each and every member of
global human family without discrimination with genuine (not
virtual) happiness from the sustainable and productive use of
both human and natural capital of the biosphere. The
achievement of ultimate reality of life is the greatest
challenge for the profession of “Management” , for the
survival of mankind in the world. |

What kind of
management faculty need to be developed to achieve this ? The
only answer is to make the right and most appropriate choice
of profession which can only be termed as “Peace
Management”. The profession of Peace Management will have the
critical responsibility to empower all other professions
today’s world to incorporate peace as an input. This will
enable all the professions to design techniques and operations
to provide security (personal, food, socio-economic,

political,
technological and environmental etc) , comfort with a sense of enoughness and happiness blended with Absolute
Energy of Consciousness (AEC) for realization of ultimate
reality of human life.Sustainable
prosperity with peace for All without any discrimination will
be the final product of “Peace Management” profession. This
calls for innovative idea generation to design, operate and
improve the systems as well as human psychic that create
products and services which should be economically viable
(adopting the principles of eco-economy), socially satisfying
, politically humanitarian, technologically environmentally
sustainable and morally sound to meet the real (not virtual)
needs of sustainable prosperity with peace.

being lucrative, this new field of Peace Management will

respective professions which will ultimately result in sustainable
peaceful benefits to the humans in all their pursuits. Today’s
youths have to come out of age old traditional and modern
management career options and should be ready to take a plunge into
the new creative field of Peace Management. |

start “Peace Management” course to create productive brand managers
of Peace who will be empowered to reverse the present violent
process and create different types of peaceful transformation
processes categorized as physical (as in manufacturing) , location

healing , purifying and unifying the people), exchange (as in
retailing ), storage(as in warehousing), physiological (as in
health care), psychological( as in mental and psychic care),

3. Global Peace Index (GPI) Ranking
–Canada and Nigeria.

According to
GPI survey conducted by Edelam UK(Public Affairs and Strategic Media
Unit) in 2007, Canada scores 1.481 in GPI and achieved No.8
position out of 121 countries surveyed

high in Peace Index ? Let us look at the morphology of the country.
It is a country of 31.5 million population and the second –largest
country with an area 9984670 sqkm. Population density is low with
79% living in urban and 21% living in rural areas. Politically it is
a federal multiparty democracy emphasizing on unity of the state. It
has great strength of a broad resource base. It provides exports,

manufacturing sectors and massive cheap energy with large oil and
gas resources. Its unemployment is only 8%. The major businesses
dominating the country and economy are aerospace industry, vehicle
manufacture , timber industry, pulp and paper, food processing, fish

level this is to be learned for self - realization and a
self-realize person sees himself as a part of positively charged

compulsory military services. Defence expenditure is declining and
down by 7% in 2002. It cooperates closely with US on North
America defense and security issues. It is not in the race of
acquiring nuclear energy for destructive purpose. |

vast tract of wilderness untroubled by pollution, the conservation
issue is a notable success. It has adopted tighter pollution control

The health and
education systems have adopted comprehensive approach as a result
the standards are very high. Human development index is also very
high. The UN ranks Canada as one of the best countries in the world

lower than USA. Canadians have stricter gun control laws. Careful efforts
maintain inner-cities as crime free zone.
With such healthy
background of the country, Canada ranks as No.8 in GPI out of the 121
