1. Month of Awakening

In the PPF for the month of Peace (July 26 to August 22), the Peace Calendar of 13 moon 28 days have been adopted. Relationship between Energy –Matter-Time has been established to usher Peace Culture in the world. Einstein energy equation has been expanded to manifest his dream of “Consciousness” by deriving an equation of “Absolute Energy of Consciousness” and establishing its linkage and reinforcing his equation of “Matter Energy”.

Adoption of Peace Calendar by the humanity as a whole will prolong the life of universe/planet earth. In order to achieve this , the humans should put every fraction /second of “Time” in moral order in consonance with the spirit of Truth, Order, Harmony, Consciousness and Peace.  Keeping this view, the 13 moon 28 days calendar has been renamed – “Peace” is the first month of the new calendar and “Consciousness” being the last month leading to new year month of Peace.

We know how to fly on air and walk in space. We know how to dive and swim in deep water of ocean. But we do not know how to live on earth as human beings. What a paradox ? Present life styles are based on the concept of  “Time is Money” . Every fraction of a second is spent to make life more productive and prosperous by earning more and more money setting aside all ethical/moral/spiritual values of life.  There is no doubt it is an active and dynamic life which is “individualistic- centric”.

The conscious energy enables all life forms to make five sensory instruments of body (matter) operational and active, with which we physically move our all parts of the body, think, act, decide and take all other  actions. The most important function of conscious energy is generation of “” from the minds, which will in turn empower every individual to think for himself , not in an individualistic – centric approach but as a fraction of universal conscious energy (Absolute Energy) to realize quintessence of life. It is up to each individual to determine to what extent and how to use this empowerment of conscious spirit to live on earth.

Start with the study of the world, the individual life and relationship between them. The outcome of the study ultimately will lead us to the concept of the blending of the science of matter with science of spirituality which will endow the humanity with the principles of right living on the Earth.

At local/individual level, character of action is to be changed from selfishness to selfless service  adopting  the basic principles of spirituality which are healing, purifying and unifying. This will result in change of mind set from “only self prosperity” to “prosperity for all” . This requires enrichment of inner space of every individual to increase more and more positively charged “conscious energy”. Consciousness is to conditioned to blend right proportion of matter and spirit to provide prosperity for ALL with Peace. Negatively charged conscious energy results in destruction like terrorism etc whereas positive charged conscious energy leads to Peace and Happiness.

At the individual level this is to be learned for self - realization and a self-realize person sees himself as a part of positively charged universal conscious energy. Once this is achieved, the lessons of  living on earth is well

learnt and each individual revels in absolute peace and bliss and becomes a beacon for the rest of the world to follow and steer their lives towards peaceful evolution by developing the principles of “Mutuality” and truly establishing peaceful connectivity with other human beings. Thus key lessons to be learned by each and every world citizen to live on earth peacefully are an integrated package of  action linked to wisdom, true knowledge and self-realization establishing connectivity of his conscious energy with the Absolute Energy of Consciousness. Then only PROSPERITY FOR ALL WITH PEACE will prevail on Mother Earth.

3. Biosphere Peace

In the June-July 2007 of Peace Path Finder , serial no-5 dealt with climate change issues deliberated at UN Conference of Inter Governmental Panel of Climate Change (IPCC) held on May, 2007 at Bangkok.

Climate change is one of the issues of  Biosphere Peace. Biosphere is a homogenous unit comprising of Natural, Domesticated and Fabricated landscapes. Ideas generated to save the biosphere are now in form of fragmented basis, as a result it is difficult to connect the ideas together  and come up with an implementable holistic package . The humanity should rise to this challenge and generate ideas; understanding and evaluating   the human activities which have brought about substantial adverse changes in environmental and ecological conditions affecting Biosphere Peace, which in turn endangering the future of mankind to live in the biosphere.

Time in human civilization is ripe now to accept Peace as the Culture of Biosphere and accordingly we have to work out a holistic package considering both natural forces and man-made actions. This will enable Peace to restore its culture as the source and origin for sustainable continuance of the biosphere. Out of various factors, three major ideas have been articulated at the eco-systems level, which influence biosphere peace and determine the phenotype of the biosphere, which are placed below. However these ideas are not exhaustive – the world citizens are urged upon to add/supplement and further develop these ideas, so that collectively humanity can build their own Peace structure brick by brick through biosphere peace-

a) Biosphere is that portion of the world where life exists. Survival requires that each life form is adequately adapted to the environmental conditions, that is that, suitable ecological niches be available. The genetic experiments continuing in the world is responsible for the continuity of life in the planet earth. It is therefore essential for mankind to learn to live in harmony with the environment without affecting the natural genetic experiments and to co-exist with rich varieties of life around us ; failing which life on earth will end.

b) Time-Space-Energy are the key determinants to maintain biosphere peace for continuance of life. The present calendar of time is to be changed to 13 moon 28 days Peace Calendar, which has been deliberated in great depth in the Peace Path Finder in its issue of Month of Peace 2007 (July 22 to August 22). The biosphere space consists of lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere which are influenced by natural forces as well as human actions. All the three spheres should be conceived as interlinked, holistic and harmonious entity. The phenotype of each sphere affects other two spheres.

Mankind’s manipulation and intervention in each sphere should be designed and regulated to minimize the destructive effects of natural forces; simultaneously ensuring that human actions for development and prosperity are in conformity with the laws of ecology so that the normal productive functioning of three spheres are not adversely affected. The energy which makes everything to move is to be conceived and understood as a holistic package  of “conscious energy” and “inner(matter) energy” to establish sustainable relationship between the two for transforming all kinds of natural and man- made forces towards ensuring biosphere peace through appropriate blending of “Spirit” and “Matter”.

c) The lithosphere where the human activities are more concentrated  has been classified as Natural, Domesticated and Fabricated landscapes. The natural landscape is self -supporting and self-maintaining and is basically operates with solar-power systems. The domesticated landscapes includes agricultural land, managed wood lands and forests, and artificial ponds and lakes etc which are run by subsidized solar power systems. The fabricated landscapes includes towns, cities ,industries and transportation corridors etc which cover a small area of total landscapes,  but  are  highly   energy   intensive, that   is , they  require  so   much

The human dimension of technology is  lost sight of , as a result conflict, violence, crime and terrorism etc are on the increase. Development of human-friendly technology to attend to human concern  should be initiated from classroom to product commercialization. Competitiveness for developing technology   to provide Convenience, Comfort, Connectivity and Command (4 Cs) is increasing at a faster rate without analyzing  its long term impact on human society. Human concern should be adopted as the first and the most crucial one for improving people’s life qualitatively.

The technology should be humanitarian in nature both in short and long term to erase social inequity, stratification, division of one global human family,  violence, conflict and terrorism etc so that provision of sustainable degree of  4Cs is ensured to make life livable in the planet earth peacefully.

“Peace Technology” promoted  in the site www.worldpeacetech.com is perhaps the only humanitarian technology invented since the beginning of human civilization which addresses fully to human concern . Within the broad framework of Peace Technology, all technologies now in use and future technologies should be reinvented and designed. It’s recognition and acceptance by the global community will open up a new chapter in technology development without affecting adequate  provision of sustainable degree of  4Cs as outputs of modern technologies.

a)  Survey of Happiness Index

UK based Legatum  Institute for Global Development conducted recently a study on Happiness index in fifty countries. According to findings of this study, USA, Norway and Sweden shared the top spots. India ranks 46 on the list. The study has taken into consideration both material wealth indicators and life satisfaction drives like freedom of choices, good health, equality of opportunity, religious faith, high level of income, low employment rates and low divorce rates.

b)  Stem Cell Bill

Embryonic Stem Cell Research bill easing the limits of funding the potentially life saving science was passed by US house in June 2007, by wielding a second veto by US President George W. Bush. This will provide breakthroughs in treating incurable disease like Parkison’s and Alzheimers.

i) 33000 children were fighting for armed groups at the height of Congo’s 1998-2003 war – Some 4000 children still remain active in army brigades, local militias and foreign rebel groups. 

ii)  Of more than 30,000 Maoist cadres registered in the cantonment sites creates under Nepal’s Comprehensive Peace Agreement, an estimated 6000-9000 are children under 8.

iii) 2,00,000 children have carried a gun or been involved with a militia since the 1991 collapse of Central government in Somalia.

iv) 17000 children were associated with Armed forces and groups as of March 2004 in Sudan.

v)  Latest available UNICEF figures show that the LTTE in SriLanka has abducted 5,666 children until June 2006.                        

vi) More than 11,000 children are estimated to be involved with left wing guerrilla groups and right-wing paramilitaries in Columbia.

d)  Living in constant Fear - Darfur Girls

The Arab militia  are accused of terrorizing the black African villagers of Sudan’s Darful region. Sometimes in May, 2007, seven women from Kalma village of Sudan’s Darfur region  pooled money to rent a donkey and cart, then ventured out of the refugee camp to gather firewood, hoping to sell it for cash to feed their families. Instead after a few hours walk in a wooded area they were gang raped and beaten Naked and devastated, they fled back to Kalma. One of the girls Aisha who was seven months pregnant wailed, “All the time it lasted, I kept thinking : They are killing my baby, they are killing my baby”.
