THE MONTH OF “CONSCIOUSNESS”
|
|
1) Month of
“Consciousness”
Consciousness
is the 13th month of the 28 days 13 moon months Peace Calendar. This
is an additional month compared to 12 months Gregorian Calendar.
Consciousness is a mind-heart output/phenomena. Who am “I”? I am an
engineer, doctor, software engineer, scientist, writer, professor,
peace activist, politician, manager and so on. All these
designations are not the correct ANSWER to the question. These
answers are related to knowledge, unfortunately coated/overshadowed
by ego, hate, pride, jealousy,
intolerance, absence of |
 |
empathy, negative emotion
etc for which the real “I” is misunderstood and misinterpreted. This is
because of mainly over materialistic culture of today. The true answer
to the question “I” is “I” am a mini/nano fraction of universal
energy/Absolute Energy of Consciousness. This energy of consciousness is
infinite and related to and changes with time. It has the power of
“HEALING”, “PURIFYING” AND “UNIFYING”. There is no place for ego, hate,
self-centric ness etc in Consciousness. “I” begins(birth) and ends(death).
“I” changes with time. When “I” ends and begins again “I” takes a new
form, shape and structure depending on the “Karma” and “Devotion”
between the time of beginning and the end. It is only true realization
of “I” one can enjoy Peace.

In humans and other life forms, the energy of
consciousness with Time divide the life in three
stages—childhood, youth and old age. Childhood is the is
the time when consciousness is more active while in
youth in general it declines to lowest minimum in most
of humans mainly as they fall prey to glitters and
virtual ties of modern utilitarian culture. When old age
comes, realization comes and there is increased level of
consciousness but it can not make good of the damage to
“I” already made in most of the cases. Thus lack of
activation of consciousness is one of the mail causes of
the present ailing and violent world. |

She/He is the most “conscious” person who
carry “Child” throughout the time from
beginning to end. I urge upon every world
citizen to carry “child” throughout life to
make a turnaround of the humanity from the
present ailing and violent world to a
healthy and peaceful one where every one
gets opportunity to live in true prosperity
linked to a sense of enough ness, pollution-free(physical
and socio-economic) and peaceful sustainable
world. |

Activation of
Consciousness calls for developing deep insight for conscious,
sub-conscious and unconscious mind. The 13 months 28 days moon civil
calendar has designed its last month for gearing up activation
process of consciousness by humans which will lead to New Year
“Peace” from July 26, after celebrating July 25 which is beyond the
barrier of time as World Peace Day.. I urge upon UN, Pope of Vatican
and all world citizens to adopt Peace Calendar before 2012-2013 to
over come the forecast of wide scale destruction and damage to the
world and as well as the humanity from the said year. |

EDUCATION CARE & REFORM
Reform
of Health and Education Care calls for highest priority to save the
world beyond 2012-13 by adopting Integrated Health-Education Module.
Measures are needed to innovate IDEAS for HOLISTIC mental-physical
Health linking it to “ humanitarian Education Culture” replacing the
present “business-oriented” systems so that it becomes feasible to
create a truly sustainable, prosperous and peaceful global society.
The

showcase innovative ways to reduce health care costs by
improving the health of their workers.

that will determine the health of our nation's
economy and its families. This process should be
transparent and inclusive and its product must drive
down costs, assure quality and affordable health
care for everyone, and guarantee all of us a choice

HOLISTIC HEALTH CARE REFORMS - I am sharing today some
ideas on the issue. Health Care Reform must be formulated
holistically and not in piecemeal manner. Brain-mind entity
being the command centre of the body, heart is a vital organ
where life is ignited with implant of “SPIRITON”, the
fundamental particle of life (like “atom” in matter). Who
implants Spiriton in heart space? Scientifically the role of
sperms and egg is understood, but it is the Spiriton which
is implanted in heart space by the ABSOLUTE ENERGY OF
CONSCIOUSNESS(AEC) is to be understood as the bridge of
missing link about ignition of life in heart space which |

travels to the
brain to form Neural Plate which in turn constructs all
parts of the depending on
the impulses it receives from “inside” the mother’s body and
from “external” environment. Health Care Reform must based
on understanding of major role of “body-mind” and “heart”
entity. It is usually said that if you have a good heart,
you are a good man. Proactive health care reform is more
effective to supplement the curative ones. The main points
for HOLISTIC HEART CARE REFORM may be considered as—
(A)
PROACTIVE HEALTH CARE REFORM-
(1)Ensure quality of sperms and egg in the mother’s womb. Diseased genes which
may |
cause sickness in future life during growth process in the
egg may be removed by gene therapy. This is now feasible
with development of Genetical Engineering. This is a
technique which can remove cancerous gene even. (2) Ensure
healthy environment and peace of mind for the mother-to be
controlling both “inside” and “outside ”surrounding. (3)
Ensure that only positive impulses are imprinted in neural
plate by effectively designing and modulating the mother
to-be environment-family, community and society
relationship. (4) Positive “thoughts” and “emotions”
particles revolving around Spiriton with “peace
consciousness” as the nucleus should be stimulated to
produce a healthy and disease-free baby

(B)
AFTER “BIRTH CARE REFORM”-
(1) Breast feeding be
made mandatory. (2) Physical touch of mother and
baby must be intimate and frequent. (3) Babies
should be in no case should be left to the care of
baby-sitters. It is only mother, father and close
relations in the family should take care of the
baby. (4) Preventive medical care like immunization
etc should be administered in time. No delay be
made. (5) Safety and Security measures around the
baby’s environment should be made. (6) Organic
nutrition should be properly designed to feed the
baby.
( C) GROWING STAGE- (1) Enhance primary health
care promoting healthy |

reducing frequency of sickness through
appropriate energy intake and harmless medicinal
care. (2) Social ,community and environmental
care should be integrated with health care
reform. (3) Expose the child to more natural
environment than artificial man-made
environment. (4) Parents especially the mothers
should behave with their child as friend,
philosopher and guide. (5) One of the important
reforms to be introduced to design the role of
mother as “HOME MANAGER” during which time
government should pay appropriate allowance to
the mothers to build good and healthy citizens
which will minimize health expenditure of the
government. |

This should continue till the child becomes
adult and then the mother becomes “OFFICE
MANAGER”. (C) GENERAL MULTIDISIPLINARY AND
INTERDESIPLINARY MEASURES FOR HEALTH CARE
REFORMS-(1)Design safe, secured and pollution
free Human Settlements for effective Health care
with cost-effectiveness. (2) Effective Hospital
Management System be introduced enabling common
ordinary citizen to have easy and timely access
to Specialists, cutting down the waiting time.
(3) Annual health check up should be promoted
for every citizen as a part of health insurance
reform.(4)Proper diagnosis in time is key
to successful treatment. |

Time is very crucial for diagnosis for
curative measures. (5) Medicine and nutrition intake
should supplement each other for quick recovery. (6)
Alternative medicine like homeopathy, Aurvedic and
traditional practices etc should be promoted along
with modern ones. (7) In Medical Education a paper
“service to Man is service to God” with respect to
health aspect be introduced for the would be doctors
to imbibe “service mentality” and to reduce
“business/money making mentality”. (8)Reconnect the
child to Nature. (9) Problems like Global Warming,
climate change, deforestation etc be addressed to
health oriented issues/problems. (10) Work and
leisure time should be properly balanced. Sitting
before computer/work place for more than 10-12 hours
per day; without an iota of doubt adversely affect
the health both in short and long term basis. (11)
As a health reform strategy, leisure time must be
clearly demarcated and leisure activities should be
identified to maintain good health which will
ultimately improve the productivity of the country
as a whole. The leisure time activities like
cycling, walking, physical exercises, yoga,
meditation and sports related activities so that
stress induced during work time is neutralized and
body metabolism maintains harmony. (12) Fast and GMF
food be

rejected and food
cooked from naturally grown produce should be taken which
will lead to energy equilibrium within the body to maintain
healthy body and mind. (13) Negative thoughts and
negative environmental impulses should be blocked and not
allowed to enter the mind. Positive ness should rule the
life to maintain good health. The Health Care Reforms
suggested by me in three stages may not be comprehensive but
are very critical to be introduced not only for effective
health care but also to reduce health care cost/capita,

EDUCATION
CARE & REFORM
Education is one of the Agenda of Obama
Administration.It is not only for USA but for all
countries Education Care and reform is of highest
priority. Out of all the Agenda, EDUCATION is the most
important, as it is the ability to listen and learn to
almost anything without loosing one’s temper and
self-confidence. It is the root/foundation of all other
Agenda of Obama Administration and the world as a whole.
Winston Churchill in his speech at Harvard on 6
September 1943 said “The |
empires of the future
are the empire of the mind”. In today’s complex and violent world it
is extremely valid. Education is that which captures mind and moulds
one’s attitude, behavior, understanding, efficiency and capability
of doing any thing in the world. The aim of Education is the
knowledge and not of facts but of values. It is creativity. It can
be either “Creatively Constructive” or “Creatively Destructively”. |

Tony Blair in the Labor Party conference on
10 October 1996 said “Ask me three
priorities of the Governments and I tell
you: education, education and education.
But today’s education is
derailed and completely commercialized and
adulterated as values are detached from
education. The education of today has been
imparted universally in a way which has put
“Matter over Mind”. This the crux of today’s
problem of universal education which needs to be reformed
drastically |

so that “Mind is over Matter”
and as said by Robert Burus(1759-1940):
Memory Hold Door (1940) “Give me a spark o’
Nature’s fire. That’s a’ the learning I
desire.” With education reform with such
ideas, the sinking boat of Humanity can be
saved.
All such ideas have ignited my
mind and put my “Mind over Matter” to write
a book “PEACE TECHNOLOGY” published by
author house, Bloomington, Indiana,
USA(paperback 2004 edition). Without

Yes, that is
the answer to live in the world for a time close to great
minds is the best kind of education. Keeping the spirit of
above review, I strongly and humbly urge upon President
Obama and his administration to send message to Governors of
all the states of USA and all countries of the world to
introduce the book of “PEACE TECHNOLOGY” as THE TEXT BOOK at
the high school level in all the schools of USA. The age of
school going students is very crucial as it lays the
foundation of life and with PEACE TECHNOLOGY as the
Text Book it will put “MIND OVER MATTER” of the

(a) London G20 Meeting
held on April 02,2009
President Obama call given to G20 Summit 2009 for a need to
reform failed regulatory systems is a historic one. As advocated by
him "bubble and bust economy" and protectionism should be rejected
by all governments of the world by adopting stringent and effective
regulatory systems to create a better world. |
Protectionism make the
people idle and they stop contributing to production as well as
productive of resources. Their minds become idle which is filled up with
evil ideas more destructive in nature. Every citizen must according to
his potential and capability must work constructively to sustain
themselves and to contribute to society. Political players must
understand this and not play the sentiments of people to the concept of
"free protectionism" to come to power with vested interest, which
ultimately ruin the country's economy. The competition between political
parties to maximize protectionism; even free supply of food and other
basic needs fool the people and bring downturn to country's economy and
social fabric increasing violence.

Revival
of world economy will be expedited with the vision of
president Obama. Within a short period, his strong and
humanitarian leadership is recognized through out the world.
The word "Obama" has become a household name in almost every
family of the world.
His vision, besides
quick recovery from global economy meltdown is also
dedicated to fight and finish terrorism. Because in a world
of terror no kind of economy and regulatory measures can
work to benefit people. My IDEA to

solved quickly if President. Obama announce a policy of
holistic concept of convergence od Development and Peace.
All sectors of development must based on the
cutting edge of objective and sustainable peace.
He should make Peace Education mandatory from
play school to highest level of education. Peace
education should be from womb to tomb, where the
violence/terror can not raise its ugly head.
President Obama's such announcement will inspire
all other world leaders to adopt such vision
which will undoubtedly promote sustainable,
peaceful and prosperous countries/world. |

Obama also advocated for a nuclear
weapon free world. When countries/world are
facing extreme poverty, global warming, climate
change, inequity and discrimination etc;why
investment should be diverted to produce
destructive nuclear weapons instead of utilising
the funds to satisfy the basic needs of world
citizens? |
ONLY OBAMA COLLECTIVELY WITH ALL WORLD LEADERS
CAN BRING ABOUT THIS MIRRACLE OF CHANGE TO
CREATE PROSPERITY AND PEACE WITH
SUSTAINABILITY FOR ALL.
(b) CLIMATE BILL AND SUBSEQUENT ACTIONS
The US Senate bill should also
retain and strengthen the House bill's provision
requiring the EPA and National Academy of
Sciences to recommend policy changes in response
to emerging climate science. Finally, the Senate
legislation should exclude any "safety valve"
loophole that would let polluters delay or avoid
needed pollution reductions by limiting the fees
they must pay for their emissions .However the
Bill was narrowly passed by the House of
Representative (219-212) with 44 Democrats
voting against it. |
But US
President Barack Obama has come out against a provision in
the Climate Bill that seeks to impose trade penalties on
import from countries such as India and China that don't
match US efforts to combat global warming. I support Obama's
view and suggest. Now further details will be worked out to
work out Knitty-gritty basing on the Bill. My suggestions
which are holistic in nature are placed below for kind
perusal of Obama Administration- |

A
different and Holistic APPROACH TO CLIMATE CHANGE –
Biosphere Peace Movement (BPM) need to be adopted.
Will the present approach and ideas deliberated
from Kyoto Protocol (which expires in 2012) to Bali summit
(December 2 -14 , 2007) and the present Bill provide and
improve comfort level of climate for humans globally ? It is
a big and complex question to be answered . We are only
buying time and shouting from the top of the roof that “No
time left, unless we act now and cut emission by half”
. |

After Kyoto , similar types of announcements were made, but
the climate change issue is further deteriorating. The
outcomes of Global summits, conventions , conference and
workshops have only able to pile up documents after
documents without any positive action or impact on this
critical issue at the grassroots level. |
|
 |
It seems human ideas and intelligence have
narrowed down to build more and more statistics
on climate change in a fragmented manner. If we
do not enlarge and expand our mind power to
“holistic intelligence”, many more summits in
future will b organized after Bali (2007)
which will have hardly any positive impact on
climate change.
I strongly argue that the issue
of climate change can only be tackled if we make
an attempt to understand the
evolutionary forces of the
universe, the planet earth
(lithosphere , atmosphere
and hydrosphere)
and the human

|
interventions
having impact on climate change. Universe is still
continuing as its galaxies , stars , sun and solar system,
moon , constellations, comets and meteorites and planet
earth are woven into an entity of “wholeness” |
|
bonded and sustained by various sources of energy from
which different kinds of forces are emerging. The solar
system is an extremely crucial part of the universe. Planet
earth is unique as it supports life . The “wholeness”
characteristic of the universe will be transformed to
“nothingness” , if anyone member of the “woven entity”
especially that of the solar system is detached from the
web. It is acknowledged today that the earth is dying, as a
result there is inevitable human suffering and
threat of species
extinction and |

transformation
of universe to nothingness. Climate variability
and climate change expedite the dying process of
the earth.
Study of literature of climate change highlights
that climate fluctuation arise because of
changes in earth’s orbit, to solar radiation ,
to the positions of the continents and to
concentrations of atmospheric greenhouse gases.
Some of the main findings of this study are that
the 20th century was the warmest of the past
1000 years, 1990s were the warmest decades of
the millennium in the northern
|
|
hemisphere and 1998 was the warmest year. It is
said that greenhouse gas increases were the
main factor contributing to global warming in
the late 20th century. |
|
|
In order to
enable the humanity to control and regulate climate change
in a positive manner , it may be useful to know the climate
throughout the history. In the past 120 million years , the
Cretaceous period (120-65 millions years ago) was 5-7degree
Celsius warmer than the present and carbon dioxide
concentrations were much higher than today. During the
Territory period to the Quaternary period (2.5 millions
years ago) cooling took place and climate was influenced by
the location and configuration of continue presence or
absence of |
 |
|
ice
sheets,changes to the earth’s orbit that affected radiation
received from the sun and high greenhouse gas
concentration. Past about one million year was characterized
by a series of changes from ice age (glacial periods) to
interglacial period. Other variations in earth’s
lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere took place during
last forty thousand years to twenty thousand years.
All these coincide with variations in earth’s orbit, that
affect the amount of distribution of solar radiation
reaching the earth. Variation of earth’s orbit is not
influenced by the role played by lithosphere, hydrosphere
and atmosphere but also by unexplainable natural changes of
constituents of universe especially the negative human
interventions |

Perhaps , the hypothesis that earlier many
universes have appeared and dissolved and
present universe is the recreation after
dissolution of previous universe is to be
accepted as creation , dissolution and
recreation is the natural law of universe. Life
forms on earth especially perhaps the most
intelligence species , the humans have
extremely crucial role to play to prolong the
life of the present earth / universe through
creative constructions or expedite the
dissolution process by creative destruction. |

This implies that the humans must develop their
intelligence to think and act holistically
considering all the natural functioning of the
parts of the earth and the universe,
simultaneously ensuring that their activities
/interventions not only decrease the harmful
level of concentration of greenhouse gases , but
regulate and limit the earth’s /universe’s
natural destructive forces through initiation of
proactive earth-universe friendly actions. Only
with such holistic approach, we can save the
earth from dying and regulate the climate change
to our advantage, simultaneously increasing the
life span of the earth/universe. |

Since 19th century, greenhouse gas problem has
been accelerated . Side by side the humans are
trying to develop their knowledge and
intelligence to counter the destructive impact
by deliberating ideas in summits like Kyoto,
Bali and other macro and micro level
interactions . But unfortunately the
recommendations of such summits and interactions
are not translated into action at the field
level.
We have gathered huge amount of information and
statistics on climate change phenomena along
with recommendation to cut the emission level
only but unable to establish guidelines
/solutions to other determinants like variation
of earth’s orbit, reasons for natural changes of
warming and cooling etc. |

I do not like to further elaborate on increasing
emission rate of greenhouse gases and on the
recommendations of summits like Kyoto, Bali etc
as they are well known to all world citizens.
Till December16, 2007 Bali climate deal
was facing rough weather as US voicing “serious
concerns” over its provisions and complaining
that it did not do enough to commit countries
like India and China to big cuts in greenhouse
gas emissions. However ultimately a “road map”
was agreed tentatively in Bali which |
|
implies
that a new climate treaty must be
negotiated by end of 2009 to replace
Kyoto treaty.
The voices of the developing
countries were considered and
incorporated in the recommendations
of Bali summit. The new agreement
will mean (a) a new climate
treaty must be negotiated by 2009to
replace the Kyoto treaty (b)
the treaty, to come into force in
2012, also sets of a global
agreement to stop tropical
deforestation . (c) instead
of requiring the developed nations
to cut emissions by 24 to 40 percent
by 2020, the road map now says
countries recognize that deep cuts
in global emission will be required.

Let us wait and see how
the final
recommendations of Bali
summit are translated
into action by different
countries to minimize
adverse impact of
climate change. There
must be meeting of the
minds between developed
and developing countries
with respect to mainly
two key points (a)
making available of
technologies by the
developed countries to
developing countries
(b) reducing the
emission rate in developed
countries and permitting
the emission rate of
developing countries to
a level without
compromising their
growth of economy for
prosperity with peace. |

I only urge the
scientific community,
professionals and world
citizens to extend and
expand their mind power
to a “holistic approach”
to not only cut emission
rate but to produce a
conducive global
climate by initiating
proactive measures for
positive change to the
earth’s orbit, to solar
radiation, to the
positions of the
continents , to restrain
from innovating and
applying creative
destruction weapons like
nuclear etc,
accepting peace as
objective with a
scientific base,
convergence of “science
of matter” with
“science of
spirituality” etc which
only can ultimately
minimize the
concentration of
greenhouse gases. I term
such approach as
“Biosphere Peace
Movement”(BPM) which
when properly
articulated will not
only produce a healthy
climate but will also
contribute to effective
functioning of different
parts of the
earth/universe in a
peaceful manner. |

Some of the measures to
enhance scientific
basis for holistic
decision making methods
and tools for

from Peace
and then
progress to

prosperity(PPP)
and not VPP
(violence,
progress and
prosperity)
which has
become
today’s
global
culture.

highlight
that the
German
Government
is planning
and
implementing
CITIES
WITHOUT
CARS. In the
suburb of
the city of
Baben this
concept has
been
implemented.
The basic
objective of
this concept
is to
eliminate/reduce
emission of
greenhouse
gases which
now
endangers
the life of
the planet.
In USA and
Europe also
such a
life-saving
concept has
been
adopted. The
CITIES
WITHOUT CARS
are planned
in such a
way to
enable the
citizens to
access their
work places
and their
other day to
day needs by
using
BICYCLES.
This is a
revolutionary
concept and
all
developing
countries of
the world
should also
adopt this
concept so
that
collectively
all
countries of
the world
can save the
world from
